基于有限元分析的泵体应力计算与校核

摘要 为了验证屏蔽泵泵体设计的合理性,采用有限元分析方法,建立屏蔽泵泵体有限元力学模型并进行了仿真计算,对其进行了静力学分析和强度校核,求解了泵体应力和应变分布情况。研究结果表明,通过对泵体进行应力计算与校核,验证了泵体的最大应力和最大变形均在合理范围内。研究成果可以作为泵体结构优化设计、改进的重要参考,为理论设计和实际工程应用提供了理论依据。 In order to verify the rationality of the canned-motor pump body design, we use the finite ele- ment analysis method to develop a finite-element model of a canned-motor pump body to simulate its per-formance with ANSYS. The distribution of stress and strain for the pump body have been obtained through statics analysis and strength check. The results show that the maximum stress and maximum deformation of the pump body were within a reasonable range by calculating stress and checking. The conclusion can be used as an important reference for the optimization design and improvement of the pump body structure, which provides a theoretical basis for the theoretical design and practical engineering application.
