摘要
为满足船舶虚拟维修仿真中对具有运动属性维修工具的海量需求,同时鉴于虚拟维修仿真软件Jack建模能力不足,研究了面向船舶虚拟维修与使用的维修工具建模及运动控制方法与流程,主要包括基于通用虚拟现实建模软件的维修工具几何建模,基于标准中间格式文件的模型数据传递,基于Jack平台的维修工具约束构建及运动控制验证。以活口扳手为例,对所提出的建模与运动控制方法流程进行了实例性操作验证,由活口扳手的运动方向与距离控制效果可知,所提出维修工具建模及运动控制方法有效。
In view of the weak modeling ability of the simulation software Jack in virtual maintenance ,we study the maintenance tools modeling and motion controlling method for ship virtual maintenance so as to meet the vast demand for maintenance tools that have motion property in ship virtual maintenance simulation. It mainly includes geometry modeling-based on universal virtual reality software, model data transmis-sion based on standard format, and construction of maintenance tools constraints and their motion controlling test based on Jack platform. Taking the shifting wrench for example, the practical operation is applied to confirm the significance of maintenance tools modeling and motion controlling method. The motion direction and distance control effect indicates that the proposed maintenance tools modeling and motion controlling method is effective.
