高职院校软件技术专业人才培养模式改革与实践——以达州职业技术学院为例

On the Mode Reform of Talents Training from Software in Vocational Colleges:A Case Study of Dazhou Vocational and Technique College

通过达州职业技术学院软件技术专业人才的实践经验,开展"项目驱动"的教学模式,"三维一体"的学生管理模式,校企合作的订单式培养方案,成功探索出达州职业技术学院软件技术专业人才培养模式.经过三年的改革与应用,该专业的人才培养质量显著提升,专业建设水平显著提高,社会认可度大幅提升.

On the basis of ＂2013--2016 Program of Talents Training Quality and Teaching Reform of Higher Education in Sichuan Province＂ and with the experiences from the software talents, Dazhou Vocational and Technique College （DVTC） carries out the teaching mode of ＂Program Driving＂, the students management mode of ＂Three-- dimensional Integration＂, the order training program by cooperation of college and enterprise, which helps to find out the training mode of software talents from （DVTC）. The reform and application of three years leads to the improvement of talent training quality, major level and society acceptance.
