戊炔草胺(propyzamide)作用于刺葡萄的倍性诱变研究 被引量:2

摘要 对照刺葡萄染色体数目为2n=2x=38[1-7],变异类型的染色体数目大多为2n→4x=76,少量为2n→2x=38+4、2n→2x=38+6;0.004%戊炔草胺处理对已萌发的刺葡萄种子浸渍24h有最佳倍性诱变效果,诱变率达41.7%;0.006%戊炔草胺处理套罩正处于生长状态的芽,倍性诱变效果最佳,诱变率达42.8%。不同浓度的戊炔草胺分别作用于刺葡萄已萌发种子与正处于生长状态的芽都有较好的倍性诱变效应。用戊炔草胺为倍性诱变试剂,诱导染色体发生倍性变异,为选育无籽或少籽、大粒、优质的刺葡萄新品系提供育种材料。 Processing and control stem section, stem tip under a microscope, the observed control Vitis davidii foex chromosome number is 2n=2x=38[1-7], most variation types of chromosome number is 2n → 4x=76, a small amount of chromosome number is 2n→2x=38+4, 2n→2x=38+6;0.004%propyzamide spirit treatment on the germination of Vitis davidii foex seed soaking for 24h has the best effect of ploidy mutagenesis, mutation rate was 41.7%; 0.006% propyzamide spirit processing set cover was under a state of growth of buds, ploidy mutagenic effect best, mutation rate was 42.8%. Different concentration of propyzamide respectively applied to Vitis davidii foex have germination of seeds and of bud, there were good times sex mutagenic effects. Vitis davidii foex has the characteristics of small particles, more seeds, etc. This study used different concentrations of propyzamide for ploidy mutagenesis reagent, respectively applied to Vitis davidii foex has seed germination and growth status of bud, induces Vitis davidii foex chromosome ploidy variation, for breeding seedless or less, big grain, high quality of Vitis davidii foex new types and new ploidy breeding materials with more abundant resources.
