国有林场后续产业发展现状调查及影响因素实证分析

Analysis on the situation and infl uencing factors of follow-on industries in state-owned forest farms

在我国深入推进国有林场改革,全面停止天然林商业性采伐的形势下,加快国有林场后续产业发展,对于振兴林场经济、调整产业结构、增加职工收益具有极其重要的意义。研究对全国25个省(市、自治区)590个国有林场的场长进行问卷调查,发现国有林场后续产业发展较为薄弱,收入占比小且结构比较单一;通过二项Logistic回归模型实证分析,后续产业的开展受到交通条件、预期收益、管理层级、森林面积和财政支持等因素影响显著。

With the revolution of state-owned forest farm and prohibition to commercial cutting of natural forest, the improvement of follow-on industries has exerted a great and far-reaching inlfuence on the vigorous economic growth, readjusting industrial structure and increasing proiftability. Basis on the survey of 590 state-owned forest farm directors from 25 provinces, the research comes out the weak development of follow-on industries because of low beneifts and single structure. When developing follow-on industries, the factors such as transport location, expected return, administrative model, operating forest coverage and ifnancial supports should be considered through the analysis of empirically test by adopting Logistic regression model.
