摘要
针对福建某含铅银高硫复杂难处理混合原生锰矿特性,采用依次优先浮选工艺流程,即将原矿磨至-0.074 mm粒级占80%后,经一粗三精二扫获得铅银精矿,铅银循环尾矿经一粗二精二扫获得硫化锰精矿,硫化锰浮选尾矿作为碳酸锰精矿销售,实现了该混合原生锰矿的资源综合回收和无尾矿排放。实验室小型闭路试验获得铅银精矿含铅25.23%、含银1 183.28 g/t,铅回收率74.98%、银回收率27.81%;硫化锰精矿含锰54.75%、含硫30.23%、含银65.23%,锰回收率66.20%,银回收率54.18%;碳酸锰精矿含锰23.43%、含硫0.66%,锰回收率33.50%的较好指标。
According to the characteristic of some mixed primary manganese ore in FuJian containing more lead, silver and sulfur minerals, sequentially preferential flotation flowsheet that grinded the ore to -0.074mm grain level accounted for 80%, and then, by one roughing threefeatured two scavenging obtained lead silver concentrate, lead and silver recycling tailings by one roughing two featured two scavenging to obtain manganese sulfide concentrate,manganese sulfide flotation tailings as manganese oxide concentrate sales, realize the comprehensive recovery of resource of the hybrid primary manganese ore and tailings emission free. Small-scale laboratory tests to obtain closed-lead-silver concentrate 25.23% lead, silver 1183.28 g / t, 74.98% recovery of lead and silver recoveries 27.81%; 54.75% manganese ore and manganese sulfide, sulfur 30.23%, containing silver 65.23%, 66.20% recovery rate of manganese, silver recoveries 54.18%; manganese carbonate ore, manganese 23.43%, 0.66% sulfur, manganese recovery of 33.50% good indicator.
