摘要
针对广西大新某低品位高硅菱锰矿,在分析其矿物组分的基础上,探讨了酸矿比、浸取温度、浸取时间、锰矿粒径等参数对锰浸出率的影响。研究结果表明:酸浸温度、反应时间、酸矿比对锰浸出率的影响较大,锰粉粒度对浸出率的影响不大;适宜的酸浸温度为55~60℃,反应时间为4 h,酸矿比(理论耗酸倍数)为110%,锰浸出率可达91%~93%。
In this study, a low-grade manganese carbonate ore with high silicon from Daxin, Guangxi, was acid leached to explore the leaching conditions which contained sulfuric acid to solid ratio, reaction temperature, reaction time and diameter of the ore. The results showed that the sulfuric acid to solid ratio, reaction temperature and reaction time have high influence on leaching efficient. And the diameter of the ore (100-200 mesh) has little influence. The optimum acid leaching characters are as follows: the sulfuric acid to liquid ratio, reaction temperature and reaction time was 110%, 55 to 60℃ and 4 h, respectively. While the leaching efficient could be about 91%-93%.
