我室三台血细胞分析仪自动进样模式日常检测结果比对分析

A comparison of routine test results from three hematology analyzers in automatic sample feeding mode

目的比对分析我室3台血细胞分析仪自动进样模式检测5个重要检验指标结果的准确性及一致性。方法以我室参加省临检、卫生部室间质评仪器XE-2100为参比仪器,以自动进样模式为标准,收集标本后分别在3台仪器上进行自动进样模式检测,分析每台仪器白细胞WBC、红细胞RBC、血红蛋白HGB、血小板PLT、红细胞压积HCT五个项目检测数据,评价3台仪器自动进样模式检测下主要指标的可比性。结果 XE-2100分别与XE4000i、5-diff AL两台仪器WBC、RBC、HGB、PLT、HCT5个指标均值计算偏差,除HCT外,其余结果均在允许误差范围内,且相关性均较好。结论 3台仪器自动进样模式结果均可靠,具有可比性,均可用于临床。

Objective To analyze and compare the accuracy and consistency of five kinds of important test resuhs from our laboratory＇s three hematology analyzers in automatic sample feeding mode. Methods The hematology analyzer XE-2100 among the three analyzers which passed the provincial impromptu check and health ministry＇s external quality assessment （EQA） was selected as reference instrument. All analyzers worked in automatic sample feeding mode, the test results of samples-including white blood cell （WBC） levels, red blood cell （RBC） levels, hemoglobin （HGB） levels, platelet （PLT）, and hematocrit （HCT）-from three instruments were analyzed, and the comparability of the results was assessed. Results The test errors of WBC, RBC, HGB, PLT, and HCT of the two analyzers XE4000i and 5-diff AL were calculated on the basis of XE-2100＇ s results. Except HCT, the rest of the results are in the allowable error range, and the correlation was satisfactory. Conclusion The three hematology analyzers in automatic sample feeding mode are reliable and comparable for their test results and can be used in clinical practices.
