深度水解蛋白配方奶联合酪酸梭菌对早产儿喂养不耐受的临床疗效观察

Clinical curative effect observation of extensively hydrolyzed protein formula combined with clostridium butyricum on feeding intolerance of premature infants

目的观察深度水解蛋白配方奶（ePHF）联合酪酸梭菌对早产儿早期喂养不耐受的临床疗效。方法将2014年7月1日～2016年3月31日期间生后24h内入住本院新生儿科的早产儿（28周≤胎龄≤34周且1000g≤出生体重≤2000g）90例按照不同喂养方式随机分配进入A组（ePHF联合酪酸梭菌喂养组）、B组（ePHF喂养组）及C组（早产儿配方奶组）。比较三组早产儿早期喂养后患儿喂养相关指标及体格发育指标，进行统计分析。结果A组喂养不耐受发生率、不耐受时间低于B组、c组，达全胃肠道喂养时间短于B、C组（P〈0．05）；最低体重下降比及恢复出生体重时间三组均无明显差异（P〉0．05）。结论（ePHF）联合酪酸梭菌对早产儿早期喂养能够较早建立全胃肠道营养，减少早产儿喂养不耐受发生率，在改善早产儿早期胃肠功能上具有优越性。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of extensively hydrolyzed protein formula （ePHF） combined with clostridium butyricum on early feeding intolerance of premature infants. Methods 90 premature infants （28 weeks ≤ gestational age ≤ 34 weeks and 1000g ≤ birth weight ≤ 2000g）admitted in neonate department in our hospital from July 1, 2014 to March 31, 2016. They were assigned into 3 group randomly： Group A （ePHF combined with clostridium butyricum）,Group B （ePHF） and Group C （premature infant formula PTF）. Compare the growth and development of three groups after early feeding, and analyze. Results The incidence of feeding intolerance（FI）, the time of FI, the time to the gastrointestinal tract feeding were significantly shorter in the Group A than group B and group C （P 〈 0.05）;Three groups had no obvious difference in the ratio of lowest weight and the time of recovering birth weight （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion ePHF combined clostridium butyricum can establish early gastrointestinal nutrition, reduce the incidence of preterm infant feeding intolerance, has superiority in improving premature babies early gastrointestinal function.
