摘要
在车身支柱加强件拉深模调试中增加刺破刀,增加刺破刀的模具需要进行多次改动进行试制,为解决此问题,利用Autoform钣金分析软件对刺破刀在模具中的位置、刺破刀刀口的长度及形状进行仿真模拟,为提高模具调试的有效性提供技术支撑。
It needed repeatedly change to trial and error that adding puncture knife in the debugging of drawing die for body pillars. In order to solve the problem, some simulations were made on the position of puncture knife in the die, the length and shape of puncture knife edge by Autoform sheet metal analysis software. It provided technical support to improve the die debugging effectiveness and work quality.
