摘要
针对带拐角大尺寸悬臂空心铝型材,建立三维挤压模和数值仿真模拟分析模型,结合常规等速挤压工艺参数,使用Hyper Xtrude有限元数值分析软件对型材挤压过程进行数值仿真模拟,分析铝合金金属在型腔内流动变形的形态、压力、速度以及模具结构内部应力、弹性变形位移等主要物理场量的数值分布情况,依据挤压过程数值仿真模拟结果对模具设计方案进行验证。实践应用效果表明:有限元数值模拟分析方法可以缩短铝型材设计研发生产周期、减少试模次数、提高生产效率和成品率、降低型材挤压生产成本。
The 3D extrusion die and numerical simulation analysis model .was established for the large cantilever hollow aluminum profile with comer. Combined with the conventional extrusion process parameters, the profile extrusion process was numerical simulated by using of HyperXtrude finite element numerical analysis software. The numerical distribution information of main parameters were analyzed such as the flow deformation pattern of alumi- num metal in the die cavity, pressure, speed, the stress inner die structure and the displace- ment of elastic deformation. According to the extrusion process numerical simulation resuits to verify the die design scheme, the practical application effect showed that the finite element numerical simulation analysis method could shorten the design and development production cycle of aluminum profile, reduce practical production debugging times and improve the production efficiency and yield, also the profile extrusion production cost.
