皖东地区模具人才培养现状和实际需求调研分析

Status on the die & mould talent training in East Anhui and analysis of the actual requirement

皖东地区模具企业及装备制造类企业众多,调研了企业对模具专业人才的需求状况,并采用问卷的方式在皖东地区对本科、高职、中职的模具专业和机械类专业学生进行调查,掌握了该地区模具专业人才培养状况的现状,调研结论对皖东地区各层次学校改进模具专业教学,提高模具类人才培养质量具有一定的借鉴作用。

There are many die ＆ mouid and equipment manufacturing enterprises in East Anhui. The talent demand conditions with die ＆ mould specialty for enterprises was researched. The students whose major is die ＆ mould and mechanical in undergraduate, vocational and secondary vocational professional school in the East Anhui were investigated by the way of questionnaires, which for mastering the talent training status of die ＆ mould professional. The research result has a certain reference function for schools with different levels to improve die ＆ mould professional teaching and talent training quality in East Anhui.
