摘要
本文根据NIST提供的质能吸收系数,对主流OSL和TL材料:Al_2O_3:C、LiF(Mg,P,Cu)对空气和人体软组织的能量响应进行了计算与对比分析,并将Al_2O_3:C的能量响应计算结果与相关实验结果进行了对比,证明了该计算方法正确,结果可靠。论文所得结论对设计和研发基于OSL技术的Al_2O_3:C剂量计提供了不可或缺的数据支持。
Based on mass energy absorption coefficients supplied by NIST, this paper calculates, analyzes and compares the energy response performance of typical OSL material of Al2O3:C and TL material of LiF (Mg, P, Cu) in air and tissue to gamma rays. And by comparing the calculated results with the experimental results in some literature, it is proved that the calculated method and results are correct and reliable. The calculated re- suits are very useful in studying and developing dosimeter with Al2O3:C.
