摘要
由于绝大多数工业管道输送有毒、易燃、腐蚀等介质,一旦失效后果严重。文中通过简要分析在用工业管道定期检验的主要内容及存在问题,从传统无损检测技术的缺点出发,对超声导波(低频、高频)、高温测厚、超声相控阵、超声C扫描和三维激光扫描等检测新技术的基本原理、主要设备和检测方法进行了阐述,并以工程实例进行论证,为这些技术在工业管道全面检验工作中的应用提供参考。
Because the majority of industrial pipeline transport is toxic,flammable and has corrosive mediums,once fail,the consequences are serious. The main contents and existing problems of in-use industrial piping were briefly analyzed. Based on defect of the traditional NDT technique,the basic principle,main equipments and measures of new techniques including the ultrasonic guided waves( low frequency,high frequency),the high-temperature measuring technology,the ultrasonic phased array inspection,the ultrasonic C- scan and the 3D laser scanning imaging system were introduced. In order to provide relevant reference and technical support for the periodical inspection of industrial piping,main applications and engineering examples were also discussed.
