摘要
为了解决曲管压力平衡型膨胀节在运行过程中,由于管道工作压力不稳定,介质的流动速度极易发生变化,使得管道系统产生紊流、振动等问题,对曲管压力平衡型膨胀节平衡孔结构重新设计,降低管道介质对膨胀节盲板冲击,从而达到在运行过程中减振降噪的目的,使管道系统稳定运行。
In order to solve the problem that elbow pressure balance type expansion joint has turbulent flow in pipe system and vibration due to pipe work pressure is not stable and the medium speed is easy to change,elbow pressure balance type expansion balanced hole structure was redesigned,thus reducing the impact force to the expansion joint blind plate and achieving the aim of damping and noise reducing,making the stable operation of pipeline system.
