Information Management Platform for EPC Electric Engineering Projects Based on Strategic Alliance

近年来,EPC模式在电力工程中逐渐被采用,该模式能够实现设计与施工的合理交叉,但同时也存在项目各参与方相对独立、信息共享度低下等问题,从而影响项目管理水平及工作效率。因此,迫切需要对EPC项目进行信息化管理。引入战略联盟理论,在结合电力工程EPC项目特点的基础上,对电力工程EPC项目信息化管理理论系统进行设计,并构建出基于战略联盟的电力工程EPC项目信息化管理平台。该平台的构建对于实现EPC项目战略联盟参与方之间的信息共享,协同决策具有重要意义,并为EPC模式在电力工程中的进一步推广提供借鉴。

In recent years, the EPC model has been gra- dually used in electric power projects. This management model not only combines the advantages of design and construction integration but also reduces the management workload of the owners. However, the participants of EPC projects are relatively independent, which easily leads to the issues of asymmetry and low degree of information sharing, affecting project management and work efficiency. In order to maximize the economic and social benefits, it is in urgent need that EPC projects be mana- ged with excellent information management. The paper introduces the strategic alliance theory and designs the infor- mation management theory system of the electric power EPC project based on its characteristics. Moreover, the paper builds an EPC information management platform for electric power projects. The platform is of significance to facilitating the infor- mation sharing and collaborative decision-making of the stra- tegic alliance participants of the electric power EPC project. And it also provides references for further implementation of the EPC model in electric power projects.
