摘要
通过对江苏电网规划网架进行故障方式下的安全稳定扫描分析,排查"十三五"关键年份江苏电网网架的薄弱环节,检验江苏电网应对简单故障及复杂故障的能力。对一些可能影响江苏电网运行的不确定因素进行敏感性分析,并提出相应的对策,并对相关重大工程推迟投产后的江苏电网进行全面分析,校核江苏电网对此类工程推迟投产的适应能力。最终通过各类安全稳定扫描分析的结论,为"十三五"期间江苏电网建设和安全稳定运行提供科学合理的建议。
Through the safety and stability assessment of the planned frameworks of Jiangsu Power Grid under the fault mode operation, this paper scans the weak links of the grid in some pivotal years in the 13^th Five-year and examines the cap- acity of the grid to cope with simple faults and complex faults. A sensitivity analysis is also conducted for some uncertain factors which might affect the operation of Jiangsu power grid, based on which, some related countermeasures are proposed. A comprehensive analysis of Jiangsu Power Grid is conducted with consideration of delay of some major projects and the adap- tability of the grid to such delay is checked. Based on con- clusions of different kinds of safety and stability assessment, some scientific and reasonable suggestions are proposed for the construction and safe and stable operation of the grid in the 13^th Five-year.
