探讨安全文化在手术室安全管理中的应用价值

Treatment of Refractory Heart Failure by Different Producing Area and Same Dose of Aconite Root Contained Poge Heart-saving Decoction Combined with Conventional Western Medicine

目的探究安全文化在手术室安全管理中的应用价值。方法：分析我院采用安全文化管理前后所发生的手术室护理纠纷情况，以及手术室医师对护理管理满意度。结果：在采用安全文化管理后，手术室护理纠纷明显低于管理前，而术室医师对护理管理的满意度也明显高于采用管理前（P〈0．05）。结论：安全文化在手术室安全管理中，有着较高的应用价值。

Objective To explore the application value of safety culture in safety management of operation room. Methods：To analyze the situation of the operation room nursing disputes occurred in our hospital before and after the safety culture management, and the satisfaction degree of the operation room physicians on nursing management.Results：In the use of safety culture management, the operation room nursing dispute was significantly lower than the management, and the satisfaction of the operating room physician to nursing management was also significantly higher than the management before（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Safety culture has a high application value in the safety management of operation room.
