双侧子宫动脉栓塞术应用于子宫大出血患者中的疗效观察

目的分析在子宫大出血患者治疗中应用双侧子宫动脉栓塞术的效果。方法：治疗80例子宫大出血病人，根据治疗方式不同分为治疗组与参照组各40例，参照组使用子宫切除术，治疗组使用双侧子宫动脉栓塞术治疗。结果：治疗组并发症发生率明显比参照组低，有显著差异（P〈0．05）。结论：子宫大出血患者应用双侧子宫动脉栓塞手术进行治疗，可以提高疗效，具有应用的价值。

Objective To analyze the effect of bilateral uterine artery embolization in the treatment of patients with uterine bleeding. Methods： 80 cases of uterine bleeding were divided into treatment group and reference group, 40 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with bilateral uterine artery embolization. Results： the incidence of complications in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the reference group, and there was significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： uterine bleeding in patients with bilateral uterine artery embolization for treatment, can improve the efficacy, has the value of application.
