骨桥蛋白对肾癌786—0细胞株增殖能力的研究

Clinical Observation of Tiaodu-Anshen Acupuncture Combined with Guipi Decoction on The Treatment of Insomnia with Heart-Spleen Deficiency Type

目的研究骨桥蛋白（0PN）对786-0肾癌细胞株增殖能力的相关性。方法：细胞增殖实验：使用MTT法对各组细胞的增殖活力进行测定，检测0D570值比较各组间增殖活力差异，对各组细胞进行计数，以验证0PN对786—0细胞增殖的影响。结果：MTT及细胞计数结果表明，用人重组0PN蛋白对786—0细胞进行处理，细胞的增殖活性明显增强，细胞数目明显增多（P〈0．05）。结论：0PN增强肾癌细胞的增殖能力。

Objective To investigated the proliferation of Osteopontin in renal carcinoma cell line 786-O.Methods：Cell proliferation analysis：MTT assay was performed to investigate the effects of OPN on proliferation in 786-0 ceils. OD570 value was used to analyze differences among groups. To further verify the results from MTT assay, cell counting was performed.Results： OPN enhances the proliferatian of 786-O cells： Results from MTT and cell counting assay verified the relationship between OPN and proliferation of cultured 786-0 renal cancer cells.The proliferation viability was significantly elevated while the OPN concentration increased.Conclusions：The expression of OPN is positively related with proliferation in Renal carcinoma cells.
