全程护理在急性心肌梗死患者急诊PCI术中的应用

目的对全程护理在急性心肌梗死患者急诊PCI术中的应用进行探析，旨在为临床的有效护理提供依据。方法：选取行急诊PCI术的急性心肌梗死患者80例，对患者护理的临床疗效进行观察，对比患者术前、术后生活的质量以及心脏功能改善的情况。结果：所有患者的手术均顺利完成，术后恢复的情况较好，且患者生活的质量与心脏的功能均得到显著的改善。结论：全程护理在急性心肌梗死患者急诊PCI术中的应用，能提高PCI准备的效率，改善患者的预后，提高患者的满意度并减少并发症的发生。

Objective To explore the application of PCI in emergency treatment of patients with acute myocardial infarction, and to provide evidence for clinical nursing. Methods：80 cases of acute myocardial infarction patients who underwent emergency PCI were selected, the clinical curative effect of the patients were observed, the quality of life and the improvement of cardiac function before and after operation were compared.Results：All patients were successfully completed surgery, postoperative recovery is good, and the quality of life of patients with cardiac function were significantly improved. Conclusion：The application of whole course nursing in emergency PCI in patients with acute myocardial infarction can improve the efficiency of PCI preparation, improve the prognosis of patients, improve the patient＇s satisfaction and reduce the incidence of complications.
