探析烯丙雌醇和利托君联合治疗习惯性流产的临床疗效

Exploration of the Correlation Between Modern Imaging and TCM Syndromes and Construction of New TCM Syndrome Imageology

目的探析烯丙雌醇和利托君联合治疗习惯性流产的临床疗效。方法：收治习惯性流产患者100例，分为对照组和研究组各50例，研究组患者应用烯丙雌醇和利托君联合治疗，对照组应用硫酸镁联合烯丙雌醇治疗。结果：研究组患者治疗总有效率为92．0％，成功保胎率为80．0％；对照组总有效率为70．0％，成功保胎率为54．0％，研究组两项指标均高于对照组（P〈0．05），对比具有统计学意义。结论：对习惯性流产患者应用烯丙雌醇联合利托君治疗，效果显著，保胎率高，具有较高的应用价值。

Comprehensive analysis of the four examinations and treatment based on syndrome differentiation are the basic methods and unique feature of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment.Modern imaging is the extension and development of the inspection.The syndrome involved in the different stages of disease is the basis of pathophysiology or/and pathological anatomy changes,and may be the basis of correlation between TCM syndromes and medical imaging.It is of great significance to explore and clarify the correlation between TCMsyndromes and medical imaging diagnosis criteria,the value of diagnosis and effect evalua-tion,the physiological and pathological basis and to construct TCM syndrome imaging system in promoting TCM and modern sci-ence and technologic theory and practical convergence,as well as in improving clinical diagnosis and treatment.
