30例白血病合并弥散性血管内凝血的临床分析

目的探析白血病并发弥散性血管内凝血（DIC）病人的医治措施。方法：抽取136例白血病患者，其中并发DIC30例，均在行化疗医治时介入小剂量肝素进行作用。给予患者血小板与补充凝血因子，以提升患者凝血能力。结果：30例并发DIC患者，死亡率5．15％；医治后的总有效率83．33％；24例肝素使用者，使用有效率79．17％。结论：临床对白血病并发DIC病人进行医治的过程中，需重视相关DIC指标变化情况，重视对原发病的医治并介入抗凝手段，可有效改善DIC，甚至能够使其终止。

Objective To analysis the leukemia complicated with disseminated intravascular coagulation （DIC） the patient＇s cure measures. Methods： Treated 136 cases of leukemia patients as observation object, which amounted to 30 patients complicated with DIC. This group of patients complicated with DIC is chemotherapy treatment, small dose of heparin for intervention effect. Give platelets in patients with and supplement the clotting factors, to enhance the patients＇ blood clotting ability. Results：30 cases of patients with complicated with DIC, the death rate by 5.15%; Healing after the total effective rate of 83.33%; 24 cases of heparin users, using the effective rate was 79.17%. Conclusion：The clinical patients with leukemia complicated with DIC were healing process, important related DIC index changes, the abnormal index to take effective measures in a timely manner. Pay more attention to the healing of the primary disease and intervention means of anticoagulation, can effectively improve the DIC, even can make its termination.
