试析整体护理在急性心肌梗死介入治疗中心律失常患者的护理应用

目的对整体护理在急性心肌梗死介入治疗中心律失常患者的护理应用进行探讨。方法；收治50例急性心肌梗死患者，对介入治疗中心律失常的整体护理效果以及护理前后患者各项心率指标进行比较分析。结果：患者救治成功率为100％；患者护理后QTc显著高于护理前；护理后OTd以及陬低于护理前，P〈0．05，具有统计学意义。结论：对于急性心肌梗死介入治疗中心律失常患者，要采取合理有效的整体护理，使抢救率提高，改善患者的心率。

Objective To explore the application of holistie nursing care in patients with acute myocardial infarction in patients with acute myocardial infarction. Methods： 50 cases of acute myocardial infarction were treated, the overall nursing effect of the intervention treatment center and the heart rate indexes were compared and analyzed. Results： the success rate of patients with treatment was 100%; after nursing care of patients with QTc was significantly higher than before nursing; after nursing, QTd and HR were lower than before nursing, P〈0.05, with statistical significance. Conclusion： for patients with acute myocardial infarction in patients with arrhythmia, reasonable and effective holistie nursing care should be taken to improve the rescue rate and improve the patient＇s heart rate.
