血清及尿液特定蛋白检测在糖尿病肾病早期诊断中的意义分析

目的探析血清和尿液特定蛋白检测在糖尿病肾病早期诊断中的意义。方法：选取糖尿病。肾病患者46例（观察组），另选取46例健康体检者（对照组），对两组的血清和尿液进行检测。结果：观察组的血清β2-MG、尿β2-MG、MA和α1-MG数据均显著高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：对糖尿病肾病患者进行血清和尿液特定蛋白检测，能够有助于临床早期发现病情，溅少患者病情迁延。

Objective To analysis the specific serum and urine protein detection in the diagnosis of early diabetic nephropathy.Methods：46 patients with diabetic nephropathy （observation group） and another selection of the study （control group） in 46 cases of healthy physical examination, serum and urine of both groups. Results：The observation group of patients with serum beta 2-MG, urine beta 2-MG, MA, and alpha 1-MG data were significantly higher than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusions：In patients with diabetic nephropathy in serum and urine specific protein detection, can help clinical early detection of disease, reduee the patients may increase.
