探析微创经皮肾镜取石术应用在上尿路结石合并感染治疗中的临床疗效

目的研究微创经皮肾镜取石术应用在上尿路结石合并感染治疗中的临床疗效。方法：选取上尿路结石合并感染50例，采用微创经皮肾镜取石术对其进行治疗，研究患者的治疗效果。结果：50例共行80次微创经皮肾镜取石术，单通道占68％，结石总清除率为96％；治疗后，白细胞水平下降，肾功能改善。结论：微创经皮肾镜取石术应用在上尿路结石合并感染治疗中的疗效显著，安全性较高，值得广泛推广。

Objective To study the clinical effect of minimally invasive percutaneous lithotripsy in the treatment of upper urinary tract calculi complicated with infection.Methods：50 cases of upper urinary tract calculi complicated with infection were selected. The patients were treated by minimally invasive percutaneous renal stone.Results：80 cases were treated with 50 times of minimally invasive pereutaneous renal stone surgery, the single channel 68%, the total stone clearance rate was 96%. After treatment, the level of white blood ceils decreased, the improvement of renal function.Conclusion： minimally invasive pereutaneous renal lithotripsy in the treatment of upper urinary tract calculi with infection in the treatment of significant efficacy, higher safety,it is worth widely spread.
