摘要
目的评定四肢长骨骨折患者术后恢复期应用加味桃红四物汤的临床可行性。方法:选择70例四肢长骨骨折患者,随机分成2组各35例;治疗组术后均接受加味桃红四物汤治疗;对照组术后均接受常规治疗。结果:治疗5d后,对照组伤口疼痛评定分数(4.42±2.51)分,肿胀症状评定分数(4.11±1.60)分,治疗组分别是(2.27±1.15)分和(3.04±1.02)分,治疗组显著优于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论:加味桃红四物汤应用于四肢长骨骨折患者中具有可行性,可进一步提升患者疗效,促进恢复,建议推广。
Objeetlve The feasibility and clinical application of modified Taohong Siwu Decoction for restoration of bone fracture patients after operation. Methods: Select 70 eases of limbs long bone fracture patients, were randomly divided into two groups, 35 eases in each; after the patients in the treatment group were treated with modified Taohongsiwu Decoction; after surgery in the control group underwent routine treatment. Result: in the treatment after 5 days, control group, the wound pain scores (4.42 ± 2.51), swelling symptoms score (4.11 ± 1.60), treatment group are (2.27 ± 1.15) and (304 ±1.02), the treatment group was significantly better than the control group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: the modified Taobong Siwu Decoction should be for limbs long bone fracture patients is feasible, further enhance the efficacy in patients, promote recovery, is recommended.
