腹腔镜与药物治疗对于预防卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿术后复发的临床观察

目的观察子宫内膜异位囊肿行腹腔镜手术后联合药物治疗对预防术后复发的影响。方法：选择行腹腔镜手术治疗的子宫内膜异位囊肿患者80例。分为观察组与对照组，观察组术后给予孕三烯酮或GnRH—a药物治疗，对照组术后不给予药物治疗，对两组患者术后复发情况进行观察。结果：术后3年，观察组复发率为35％，明显比对照组的62．5％低，观察组妊娠率为70％，明显比对照组的52．5％高，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：在卵巢子宫异位囊肿患者的治疗中，行腹腔镜手术后给予孕三烯酮或GnRH—a药物巩固治疗，可使复发率有效降低，使患者预后有效改善。

Objective To analysis of endometriosis cyst line after laparoscopic surgery treatment application of drug effects on relapse prevention. Methods：80 cases of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of endometriosis cyst patients, divided into the observation group and the control group, patients in the observation group was administered to pregnant three ketene or GnRH-a, control group was given drug treatment, were observed in two groups of patients with postoperative recurrence.Results：After three years, the observation group recurrence rate was 35%,significantly less than 62.5% in control group,the pregnancy rate was 70%,the observation group is significantly higher than 52.5% in the control group,the difference has statistical significance （P 〈0.05）.Conclusion：In the treatment of patients with uterine ovarian ectopic cyst,laparoscopic surgery for gestrinone or GnRH-a drug consolidation therapy,can be used to effectively reduce the relapse rate, effectively improve the prognosis of patients.
