摘要
目的完善医院新护士培训机制,稳定护士队伍,提高护士理论和技术水平,培养实用型护理人才。方法:针对毕业3年内的新护士,制定规范期护士、稳定期护士、上升期护士的培训目标,完善培训管理方法,从基础到复杂,分解细化实施、循序渐进。结果:逐步提升新护士专业理论和技能,达到本级工作岗位要求。结论:新护士3年规范化培训促进了新护士自我价值的实现,为护理专业人才的培养奠定基础。
Objective To complete the training system on new nurse of hospital, stabilize the personnel team, improve the theoretic knowledge and practical skill and cultivate practical talent.Methods:To establish training target of adaptive phase, skill mature phase and skill stable phase for new recruit in their three years of career and perfect education management methods, which divide the implemantation process step by step from basic to complex. Results:The theoretic knowledge and practical skills of new nurses are improved greatly to achieve the requirements of their own positians.Conclusions: Three-year normalized training promotes the progress of new nurses and lays a sound foundation of training personnel of medical care.
