33例烧伤合并糖尿病临床护理体会

目的探究针对糖尿病合并烧伤患者的有效临床护理方法。方法：选取33例糖尿病合并烧伤患者，随机分为实验组与参照组，实验组18例，参照组15例。对参照组予以常规性护理，在此基础上对实验组予以综合性护理。结果：实验组的治疗有效率为100．00％，参照组93．33％，两组间无明显差异，P〉0．05。实验组的住院时间明显比参照组短；对护理工作的总体满意率明显优于参照组（均为P〈0．05）。结论：综合护理能够促进患者的痊愈，减少住院时间，因此在糖尿病合并烧伤患者的护理中应当进行综合性的护理，在进行烧伤护理的同时兼顾糖尿病护理。

Objective To explore the effective of bum combined with type 2 diabetes patients with clinical nursing method. Methods： Select 33 cases of diabetic patients with bums, It to touch the ball method were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, Experimental group 18 eases, 15 cases control group. In control group patients give routine nursing care, On this basis of the experimental group patients give comprehensive nursing.Results： The treatment efficiency of the experimental group was 100%, the reference group was 93.33%, there was no significant difference between the two groups, P〉0.05. The hospitalization time of the experimental group was significantly shorter than that of the reference group, and the overall satisfaction rate of the nursing work was significantly better than that of the reference group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Comprehensive nursing care can promote patients recovery and reduce the patient＇s hospital stay, therefore in the care of patients with diabetes merged burns should carry out comprehensive care, along with burn care diabetes care.
