全程优质护理在乳腺癌手术患者中的应用及效果分析

目的分析全程优质护理在乳腺癌手术患者中的应用及效果。方法：回顾分析手术治疗的62例乳腺癌患者临床资料，将其随机分为对照组和观察组各31例。对照组给予常规护理，观察组给予全程优质护理，对比两组临床应用效果。结果：观察组卡氏评分、生活质量评分、护理满意度均明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：在乳腺癌手术患者中应用全程优质护理，可以改善患者生活质量，进一步提高临床护理满意度，值得在临床推广和应用。

Objective To analyze the whole quality of nursing in patients with breast cancer surgery the application and effect. Methods：Retrospective analysis in January 2015 to January 2016 in our hospital during the surgery clinical data of 62 patients with breast cancer, it were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 31 patients in each group. Control group with routine nursing care, observation group patients give the entire high quality nursing care, compared two groups of patients with clinical effect. Results： The observation group, quality of life score, nursing satisfaction were significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion： In patients with breast cancer surgery application to the high quality nursing, can improve the patients quality of life, to further improve clinical nursing satisfaction, is worth in clinical promotion and application.
