口腔科护理人员医院感染管理存在的问题及对策

目的分析口腔科护理人员医院感染管理存在的问题，并就此制定相应对策。方法：对我市100家医院口腔科进行调查，统计分析口腔科护理人员医院感染管理存在的问题。结果：问题主要表现以下几个方面：（1）空气消毒情况；（2）物体表面消毒情况；（3）护理人员手部卫生情况；（4）护理操作情况；（5）消毒液的使用管理。空气消毒完成度最好，为99．1％，远高于其他各项指标（P〈0．05）。结论：提升护理人员的综合素质、加强自我保护意识、营造干净卫生的医院环境、建立系统化的管理制度，可有效提升口腔科护理人员医院感染管理质量。

Objective To analyze the oral Department of nursing staff in hospital infection management existence question, and, in this regard, formulate corresponding countermeasures. Methods： Selecting the sampling investigation method to survey questionnaire in the form of the city 100 hospital department of Stomatology were investigated. The statistical analysis of the oral Department of nursing staff in hospital infection management. Results： The question mainly the following aspects： （1）air disinfection; （2）the object surface disinfection; （3）nursing staff hand hygiene; （4）nursing operation situation; （5） disinfectant use management. Air disinfection completod the best, for 99.1%, far greater than the other indicators （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： To promote the nursing personnel comprehensive quality, strengthen ego to protect consciousness, to create a clean and hygienic environment in hospitals, the establishment of system of management system. It can effectively improve the quality of hospital infection management of nursing staff in Department of Stomatology.
