110例人工关节置换术治疗股骨颈骨折患者的康复护理

目的总结人工关节置换术治疗股骨颈骨折患者的康复护理经验。方法：选取人工关节置换术治疗股骨颈骨折的患者110例，分别进行基础护理和预见性护理，观察护理结果，总结护理经验。结果：预见性护理组患者整体心态好于基础护理组患者，恢复更快，护理内容全面性更高，两组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论：人工关节置换术治疗股骨颈骨折的患者进行预见性护理，有助于加速康复进程，有效提高了患者护理内容全面性。

Objective Summary arthroplasty treatment and rehabilitation nursing experience of patients with femoral neck fracture. Methods： Seeond half of 2015 to early 2016 in our hospital for hip replacement surgery in patients with femoral neck fracture in 110 cases as subjects, were the basis for eare and nursing care, nursing observation results, summarize nursing experience. Results： The comparison found that the overall mentality of the patients nursing eare group was better than primary eare patients, nursing care patients recover faster than the overall primary care patients, nursing care nursing content higher than the group of patients with a comprehensive set of basic nursing, data comparison P〈0.05. Conclusion： The artificial joint replacement patients with femoral neck fracture were nursing care, help speed up the recovery process of patients, improve patient care content comprehensiveness.
