膝关节骨性关节炎应用中药熏蒸治疗的临床探究

目的探究中药熏蒸用于膝关节骨性关节炎治疗的临床效果。方法：选择膝关节骨性关节炎患者70例，随机平均分成2组，对照组利用金乌骨通胶囊治疗，观察组在此基础上联合中药熏蒸治疗。结果：观察组治疗有效率为97．14％，对照组为77．14％；观察组膝关节肿胀程度以及积液程度治疗效果均优于对照组。结论：中药熏蒸用于治疗膝关节骨性关节炎效果明显，对患者膝关节肿胀以及积液程度改善效果明显，值得推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Chinese medicine fumigation treatment for knee osteoarthritis. Methods：Choose 70 cases of patients with osteoarthfitis of the knee, were randomly divided into two groups, control group using Jinwugutong capsule in the treatment of observed group based on the combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment.Results：The observation group treatment effective rate of 97.14%,the control group is 77.14%;To observe the effect degree of knee joint swelling and effusion treatment group were superior to the control group.Conclusion：Chinese medicine for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis fumigation effect is obvious,for patients with knee joint swelling and effusion degree to improve the effect is obvious, is worth promoting.
