分析产前护理干预对分娩方式的影响

目的就产前护理干预对孕妇分娩方式的影响进行分析，为临床护理提供依据。方法：收治孕妇50例，随机分为对照组与实验组。对照组给予常规护理，实验组实行产前护理干预。结果：对照组自然分娩12例，剖宫产13例；实验组自然分娩21例，剖宫产4例，P〈0．05，具备统计学意义。对照组护理总满意度为76％，实验组为96％，P〈0．05，具备统计学意义。结论：对孕妇实施产前护理干预，能够提高自然分娩率，对母婴安全进行保障，并且提高孕妇护理满意度，因此，值得在临床上推广。

Objective To analyze the effect of prenatal care intervention on the mode of delivery of pregnant women, and to provide basis for clinical nursing. Methods：50 cases of pregnant women in our hospital from May 2013 to August were selected and randomly divided into two groups, namely the control group and the experimental group, cases were randomly divided into two groups. Pregnant women in the control group were given routine nursing, the experimental group was given prenatal care intervention, the two groups of pregnant women delivery mode and nursing satisfaction analysis. Results：In the control group, 12 cases of natural childbirth, 13 cases of cesarean section, 21 cases of natural childbirth in the experimental group,4 cases of cesarean section,P〈0.05, with statistical significance.The control group of nursing satisfaction was 76%,the experimental group was 96% ,P 〈0.05,with statistical significance.Conclusion：The implementation of prenatal care intervention for pregnant women can improve the natural delivery rate, maternal and child safety, and improve the nursing satisfaction of pregnant women, therefore, it is worth promoting in clinical practice.
