加强荷包缝合TST术与PPH术联合外剥内扎治疗重度混合痔的疗效对比

目的比较加强荷包缝合TST术（选择性痔上黏膜切除吻合术）联合外剥内扎术与PPH术（吻合器痔上黏膜环切术）联合外剥内扎术治疗重度混合痔的临床疗效。方法：将240例重度混合痔患者随机分为两组各120例，实验组采用加强荷包缝合TST术联合外剥内扎术治疗，对照组采用PPH术联合外剥内扎术治疗。结果：两组手术治愈率差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），术后24h、48h两组肛门疼痛差异比较有统计学意义（P〈0．05），两组术后并发症，实验组均少于对照组。结论．力口强荷包缝合TST术和PPH术在治疗重度混合痔上疗效相似，但并发症少，疼痛小，值得临床推广。

Objective To compare the therapeutic efficacies of TST strengthened by purse-string suture （tissue-selecting therapy） combined with M-M and PPH （procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids） combined with M-M. Methods：A total of 240 patients with severe mixed hemorrhoids were randomly divided into two groups, with 120 patients in the experimental group taking TST strengthened by purse-string suture combined with M-M, and the other 120 patients taking PPH combined with M-M in controlled group. Results：Operation cure rate was no significant difference （P〉 0.Q5）, there are difference between experimental group and controlled group on anal pain 24 hours and 48 hours later （P〈0.05）,experimental group were less than the control group with the postoperative complications.Conclusion：The therapeutic efficacy of TST strengthened by purse-string suture and PPH for degree severe mixed hemorrhoids are similar, but TST with less complications and anal pain, which is worth popularizing.
