高频彩色多普勒超声用于性早熟女性乳房发育症中的诊断价值

目的对性早熟女性乳房发育症采用高频彩色多普勒超声诊断的价值进行探讨。方法：回顾性分析70例性早熟女性乳房发育症患儿，分别采用B超诊断和高频彩色多普勒超声诊断，B超诊断为对照组，高频彩色多普勒超声诊断为观察组，对比两组患儿的诊断情况。结果；从单纯乳房早发育及真性性早熟方面对比，两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；从假性性早熟诊断方面对比，两组差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论；对早熟女性乳房发育症采用高频彩色多普勒超声诊断，具有操作简单、诊断精度高等优势，在临床中有推广的价值。

Conclusion： The premature female breast development by high frequency color doppler ultrasound diagnosis, it has advantage of simple operation and high accuracy of diagnosis, the value of popularization in clinical.
