B型脑钠肽前体N端片段水平检测对脑梗塞的临床意义

目的探讨血浆B型脑钠肽前体N端片段水平检测对脑梗塞的临床意义。方法：采用美国贝克曼公司的ACCESS2免疫分析系统（化学发光法）检测50例脑梗塞患者血浆NT—proBNP水平，50名健康人作为正常对照组。结果：脑梗塞患者的血浆的NT—proBNP水平要比对照组的高，比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：血浆NT—proBNP高水平与脑梗塞患者有很大的相关性，具有重要的价值可作为脑梗塞患者病死率的有效预测因子。

Objective To study the plasma b-type brain natriuretic peptide precursor n-terminal fragment level to detect the clinical significance of cerebral infarction. Methods： American beckman company ACCESS2 immune analysis system （chemiluminescence method） detection of 50 patients with cerebral infarction plasma NT - proBNP level, as normal control group of 50 healthy people. Results： the patients with cerebral infarction of the plasma NT - pro BNP level is higher than in the control group, compare the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： the plasma NT - pro high BNP levels and cerebral infarction patients have great relevance, is of important value can be used as effective predictors of mortality in patients with cerebral infarction.
