摘要
目的探讨人性化护理在胸外科病患的实际应用价值。方法:选取胸外科病患100例,随机分成实验组和对照组各50例。对照组利用普通护理方式,观察组利用人性化护理,对病患发放问卷调查,对相关项目的满意程度进行全面统计。结果:经调查结果显示,实验组各项内容满意程度均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:对胸外科病患实施人性化护理,能够在最大程度上提高护理服务满意度,值得在临床护理中推广。
Objective To explore the practical application value of humanistic nursing in Department of thoracic surgery patients. Methods: 100 patients in Department of thoracic surgery were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 50 cases in each group. In the control group, the use of ordinary care, observation group using human care, the patient's questionnaire survey, the degree of satisfaction with the relevant items of the comprehensive statistics. Results: the results showed that the content of the experimental group was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈0.05). Conclusion: the implementation of humanistic nursing in Department of thoracic surgery patients can improve the satisfaction of nursing service to the greatest extent, and it is worth promoting in clinical nursing.
