痰热清佐治小儿支气管肺炎的临床观察及对中性粒细胞功能的影响

目的观察痰热清和阿奇霉素联合应用治疗小儿支气管肺炎的疗效及其对中性粒细胞杀菌功能的影响。方法：78例小儿支气管肺炎患者，随机分为对照组和治疗组各39人，对照组给予阿奇霉素治疗，治疗组给予痰热清＋阿奇霉素治疗，疗程为1周。结果：治疗组治愈率和总有效率均明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）；治疗组退热、咳嗽消失、呼吸通畅、湿哕音消失、X线片阴影消失时间均明显短于对照组（P〈0．05）；治疗组中性粒细胞的细胞活化率和刺激指数均明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：痰热清与阿奇霉素联合治疗小儿支气管肺炎疗效显著、起效时间快，可能提高中性粒细胞的杀菌功能是其机制之一。值得临床推广使用。

Objective To study the efficacy of Tanreqing combined with azithromycin in treatment children bronchial pneumonia and the influence on the bactericidal function of Neutrophils. Methods：78 cases of children bronchial pneumonia were divided into eontrol group and treatment group, 39 cases in each group. The eontrol group were treated with azithromycin, but the treatment group were given Tanreqing and azithromycin. Then the disappearance time of fever, cough, pulmonary rales, X-ray shadow of two groups were counted, and the bactericidal function of Neutrophils were detected.Results： in the treatment group cure rate and total effective rate were significantly higher than those in the control group （P〈0.05）; treatment group, fever, cough disappeared, smooth breathing, wet rales disappearance, X-ray shadow disappearance time were significantly shorter than that of the control group （P〈 0.05）; treatment group neutrophil cell cell activation rate and stimulation index were significantly better than the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：There have significantly effect and fast onset time treating children bronchial pneumonia with Tanreqing combined with azithmmycin, worthy of clinical recommended.
