益气化萎汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎患者150例

目的分析益气化萎汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎（简称CAG）患者的疗效。方法：将297例CAG患者随机分为治疗组150例和对照组147例。治疗组予益气化萎汤治疗，对照组予泮托拉唑钠肠溶胶囊和铝碳酸镁片治疗，疗程为3个月。结果：（1）治疗组能明显改善CAG患者胃痞、胃胀、胃痛、泛酸、嗳气、嘈杂、乏力及纳差症状，与对照组相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）。（2）治疗组治愈率为43．3％，总有效率为72．796，能有效逆转CAG，并能改善Hp感染、活动性和肠化的胃黏膜组织学，与对照组相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）。结论：益气化萎汤能有效缓解CAG患者症状和逆转萎缩等胃黏膜组织学。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Huasheng Decoction on treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods： Two hundred and ninety-seven patients were randomly assigned to treatment group （n=150） and control group （n=147）. With a 3-month treatment course, the treatment group was treated by Yiqi Huasheng Decoction and the control group was treated by Pantoprazole Sodium Enteric-coated Capsules and Hydrotalcite Tablets. Results： （1）In the treatment group, the symptoms such as gastratrophy, gastrectasia, stomachache, stomachache acid regurgitation, belch, hungry noisy,feeble and anorexia were improved obviously, which has statistically difference compared with control group （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）.（2）The treatment group,cure rate was 43.3%, total effective rate was 72.7% .Yiqi Huasheng Decoction can effectively reverse the CAG and HP contagion,chronic inflammatory and intestinal metaplasia were also improved. It has obvious statistical difference compared with control group （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Yiqi Huasheng Decoction can effectively relieve symptoms and reverse gastric histology changes such as atrophic gastric mucosa.
