研究光照强度对外源性褪黑素治疗雌性小白鼠性早熟的影响

摘要 目的研究光照强度对外源性褪黑素治疗雌性小白鼠性早熟的影响。方法;预实验;将30只雌性小白鼠随机分为3组,每组腹腔注射不同剂量褪黑素,饲养在日照相同的区域。一段时间后,根据小白鼠生存情况,选定褪黑素注射剂量。实验;(1)建立性早熟模型:将70只生理状况相似的雌性小白鼠随机分为7组,每组10只,其中一组为对照组,其余6组为实验组。用品红溶液进行标记,实验组全部腹腔注射达那唑,一段时间后待实验组60只小白鼠的阴道口全部开放后,剪尾采血测定初始小白鼠雌二醇分泌量。(2)将一天分为6个时间段:09:00—10:00.13:00—14:00.17:00—18:00;21:00—22:00:01:00—02:00;05:00—06:00,实验组每组小白鼠分别对应1个时间段并腹腔注射相同剂量的褪黑素,连续注射2周后全部摘眼球采血测量小白鼠雌二醇分泌量并与初始雌二醇分泌量进行比较,得出实验结论。结果:在13:00—14:00这个时间段的光照对外源性褪黑素治疗雌性小白鼠性早熟效果最差(P〈0.05)。结论:光照对外源性褪黑素治疗雌性小白鼠性早熟有影响并且有最差光照强度。 Objective To study the light intensity of exogenous melatonin therapy in female mice precociousness of. Methods: 30 female mice were randomly divided into 3 groups, each group was injected with different doses of melatonin, which were kept in the same area. After a period of time, according to the survival of mice, selected melatonin injection dose. Experiment: (1) the establishment of precocious puberty model: 70 physiological status of female mice were randomly divided into 7 groups, each group of 10, including a group of the control group, the other 6 groups for the experimental group. The products were labeled with red solution. The experimental group was injected with the whole abdominal cavity, and after a period of time, the vaginal opening of 60 mice in the experimental group was completely opened.(2) one day wiU be divided into six periods:09:00-10:00;13:00-14:00;17:00- 18:00;21:00-22:00;01:00-02:00;05:00-06:00in the experimental group of mice in each group,respectively a period of time and intraperitoneal injection of the same dose of melatonin,all pick continuous injection two weeks after the eye blood estradiol measurements mice and the initial secretion of estradiol secretion compare,obtained experimental results.Results:In 13:00-14:00 The light of exogenous melatonin treatment period precocious worst female mice (P〈0.05). Conclusion:Light exogenous melatonin therapy in female mice precocious influential and have the worst light intensity.
