重组人促血小板生成素治疗急性白血病化疗后血小板减少症的效果观察

摘要 目的研究重组人促血小板生成素治疗急性白血病化疗后血小板减少症的效果。方法:收治83例急性白血病化疗后血小板减少症患者,分为A组和B组。A组以重组人白介素-11治疗:B组以重组人促血小板生成素治疗。结果:(1)B组相比于A组,廊小板低于50×109/L持续时间、恢复至70×109/L所需时间更短,有显著差异,P〈0.05;(2)B组相比于A组,不良反应发生率更低,有显著差异,P〈0.05;(3)治疗前两组血小板水平相似,治疗后B组血小板水平改善更显著,P〈0.05。结论:重组人促血小板生成索治疗急性白血病化疗后血小板减少症的效果确切,可有效提高血小板水平,作用安全可靠,值得推厂。
