抗氧化应激参与去乙酰化酶SIRT1在血管疾病的保护作用的研究

摘要 SIRT1是酵母菌沉默信息调节因子的高度同源基因,其表达产物为一种NAD依赖性的去乙酰化酶,通过对组蛋白及多种非组蛋白进行去乙酰化作用,在机体内参与多种生理功能的调节,包括糖脂代谢、氧化应激损伤、抑制炎症反应和细胞增殖、衰老、凋亡等。近年来许多研究证实,SIRT1对心血管和神经系统有明显的保护作用。本文将对SIRT1的生理作用以及其抗氧化应激作用在血管保护方面的研究做一综述。 Objective sirtuinl (SIRT1) is a highly homologous geue of yeast sirtuins, which expression product is an NAD--dependent deacetylase. It is involved in processing many regulations of physiological functions, including glucose and lipid metabolism, oxidative stress, inflammation inhibition and cell proliferation, senescence and apoptosis, through a variety of histone and non-histone deacetylation. In recent years, many studies have confirmed the significant protective effect of SIRT1 on the cardiovascular and nervous systems. This review will focus on the physiological role of SIRT1 and its antioxidative effect on vascular protection aganist vascular diseases.
