摘要
目的探讨孕妇不同孕期骨密度值与新生儿骨密度之间的关系,为孕期妇女提供科学的保健指导,预防孕妇和新生儿骨质疏松症及低骨密度的发生。方法选择到医院门诊就诊的早孕妇女(孕周〈12周)202名,年龄20—35岁,排除各种孕期并发症、内分泌、遗传性疾病及肝肾疾病等因素的影响;分别对研究对象的早孕期(孕周〈12周)、中孕期(12—28周)、晚孕期(〉28周)及分娩后24小时内的新生儿应用定量超声骨密度分析仪对桡骨远端外侧进行骨密度测量,将4次测量结果进行比对分析,找出母婴骨密度的相关性。结果新生儿骨密度与孕妇早孕期及中孕期骨密度相关性无统计学意义(P〉0.05),与孕妇晚孕期骨密度成正相关(P〈0.01),有统计学意义。结论晚孕期妇女骨密度水平对新生儿(出生24h内)低骨密度的发生具有决定性作用。因此,注重妊娠后期孕妇骨密度的监测,及时做好晚孕期低骨密度妇女的饮食及保健指导,对预防新生儿低骨密度的发生具有重要作用。
Objective To explore the relationship between bone mineral density and bone mineral density, and to provide scientific guidance for pregnant women, to prevent the occurrence of osteoporosis and low bone density in pregnant women and newborns. Method Choose to go to the hospital outpatient treatment of early pregnancy women (gestational age less than 12 weeks) 202, age 20-35 years old, eliminate all kinds of pregnancy complications, endocrine, genetic diseases and liver and kidney disease and other factors; Respectively on the object of study during the first trimester of pregnancy (gestational age 〈 12 weeks), middle pregnancy (12-28 weeks) and late pregnancy (〉 28 weeks) and after delivery within 24 hours of neonatal using quantitative ultrasonic bone mineral density analyzer on the lateral part of the distal radius for measurement of bone mineral density. The results of the 4 measurements were compared to find out the correlation between the density of the mother and infant. Result There was no significant correlation between bone mineral density (BMD) and bone mineral density (P 〉 0.05) in early pregnancy and early pregnancy in pregnant women, The bone mineral density was positively correlated with the late pregnant women (P 〈 0.01), which was statistically significant.Conclusion The level of bone mineral density (BMD) plays a decisive role in the occurrence of low bone mineral density (24h) in the newborn. Therefore, it is important to focus on the monitoring of bone mineral density in the later period of pregnancy, and to do a good job in the diet and health care of women with low bone density in the late trimester of pregnancy.
