人工流产术中应用羟考酮麻醉效果的观察

摘要 目的探讨将羟考酮应用于人工流产术的麻醉效果。方法:选择拟行人工流产术的患者250例,随机分为5组,每组50例,丙泊酚组予以单纯丙泊酚、羟考酮1组予以羟考酮50μg/kg复合丙泊酚、羟考酮2组予以羟考酮60μg/kg复合丙泊酚、羟考酮3组予以羟考酮70μg/kg复合丙泊酚、羟考酮4组予以羟考酮80ug/kg复合丙泊酚。结果:进行给药后。3组患者的心率以及血压等指标有显著下降的趋势,但经统计学意义研究,其每组下降的幅度呈现为p〉0.05。羟考酮1-4组丙泊酚用量明显少于单纯丙泊酚组(P〈0.01),且里一定剂量相关,苏醒时间明显缩短(P〈0.01),术毕痛发生减少(P〈0.05)。结论:盐酸羟考酮复合丙泊酚用于人工流产术可以取得良好的麻醉效果,安全可行,效果优于单纯丙泊酚,可降低丙泊酚用量,可减少相关并发症。但术中仍需严密监测生命体征和加强管理。 Objective To observe the effect of anesthesia with different doses of oxyeodone hydroehloride injection applied in artificial abortion, and its effect on the dosage of propofol. Methods 250 patients to receive artificial abortion were randomly and equally divided to one of the following anesthesia:Group P received propofol alone, Group Q1 was treated with 50μ g/kg of oxycodone combined with propofol,Group Q2 was treated with 60μg/kg of oxyeodone combined with propofol,Group Q3 was treated with 50μg/kg of oxycodone combined with propofol,Group Q4 was treated with 50μ g/kg of oxyeodone combined with propofol.Results After administration,HR,MAP were decreased obviously(P〈0.01),but no significant differences in deeline(P〉0.05).In group Q1-4,the dosage of propofol significantly redueed(P〈0.01),the recovery time was significantly shorter(P〈0.01),postoperative pain was decreased(P〈O.05). Conclusion Oxyeodone hydrochloride injection combined with propofol for artificial abortion can achieve good results of anesthesia and safety,is better than pure propofol and can reduce the dosage of propofol,reduee complications.But close monitoring of vital signs still need.
