胸腹腔镜结合微创治疗食管癌的临床效果研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察胸腹腔镜结合微创治疗食管癌的临床效果。方法:选取食管癌患者62例。随机分为对照组和观察组,每组31例。对照组食管癌患者给予左颈(5cm)+右胸(18cm)+上腹部(12cm)的三切口手术治疗,观察组采用胸腹腔镜结合微创进行治疗。结果:观察组食管癌患者的住院时间、术中出血量、淋巴结清扫数量明显优于对照组,且不良反应率低于对照组(均为P〈0.05)。结论:胸腹腔镜结合微创治疗食管癌患者的效果更为可观,值得广泛推广。 Objective To observe the clinical effect of iaparescopic thoracic minimally invasive treatment'of esophageal cancer.Methods: 62 cases of esophageal cancer patients were selected. Randomly divided into control group and observation group, each group of 31 cases. The control group of esophageal cancer patients with left neck (Sere) + right chest (18cm) + on the abdomen (12cm) of three incision surgical treatment, observation group using the combination of minimally invasive laparosoopic surgery. Results: the length of stay, the amount of bleeding and the number of lymph nodes in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group, and the adverse reaction rate was lower than that of the control group (P〈0.05).Canclusion:The laparoscopic and minimally invasive treatment of thoracic esophageal cancer effect is more impressive.
