观察糖尿病患者应用不同胰岛素给药方法进行治疗的疗效差异

目的本次观察糖尿病患者应用不同胰岛素给药方法进行治疗的疗效差异。方法：选取2013年5月-2014年5月于我院接受治疗的90例糖尿病患者，作为本次研究对象，将所有患者按照随机抽选的方式分为胰岛素泵组与胰岛素注射组各45例，比较两种治疗方法的效果。结果：胰岛素泵组的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖以及血糖达标时间明显优于胰岛素注射组；胰岛素泵组的血糖控制情况明显优于胰岛素注射组，胰岛素泵组总优良率为93．33％，胰岛索注射组总优良率为80．00％。结论：采用胰岛素泵治疗糖尿病的效果明显优于常规胰岛素注射治疗糖尿病，因此胰岛素泵治疗糖尿病的方法值得在临床上大力推广运用。

Objective The effect of different methods of insulin administration on the treatment of diabetic patients was observed in this study. Methods： A total of 2013May 5 months to 2014 in our hospital accepted treatment of 90 cases of diabetes, as the object of study, all patients in accordance with the stochastically divided intoinsulin pump group and insulin injection group, 45 cases in each, were compared between the two treatment effect. Results： Insulin pump group of fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2 hour glucose and blood glucose time is obviously better than that of insulin injection group; control the blood glucose level in the insulin pump group wassignificantly better than that of insulin injection group, insulin pump group, the total excellent and good rate was 93.33% and insulin injection group, the total excellentand good rate was 80.00%. Conclusion： The effect of insulin pump in the treatment of diabetes is significantly better than the conventional insulin injection in thetreatment of diabetes, so the insulin pump treatment of diabetes is worthy of clinical application.
