摘要
探讨目标教学法在血液内科护理带教中的应用效果。方法研究选取2012年级的60名大专学生为对照组,在护理带教中应用传统教学法,另外选取2013年级的60名大专学生为观察组,在护理带教中应用目标教学法,比较护理带教效果。结果:观察组带教后理论知识和操作技术得分分别为(92.3±1.9)分、(93.4±2.8)分,对照组分别为(83.4±2.3)分、(86.1±2.5)分。结论:在血液内科的护理带教中应用目标教学法,能够提高护理带教的效果,提升学生知识掌握效率,值得临床推广应用。
ObjectiveTo investigate the application effect of target teaching method in the teaching of Department of internal medicine nursing. Methods:the studyselected 60 subjects were college students in grade 2012, as the control group, nursing in the application of traditional teaching methods in teaching, in additionto select 60 college students in grade 2013, as the observation group, the nursing teaching method, compare the nursing teaching effect. Results:the observationgroup teaching theoretical knowledge and technical score was (92.3 ± 1.9), (93.4 ± 2.8)% in the control group were (83.4 ± 2.3), (86.1 ± 2.5) points. Conclusion:teaching objective teaching method in nursing department of internal medicine, can improve nursing teaching effect, improve students" knowledge of efficiency, itis worthy of clinical application.
