介入治疗中晚期胃癌的临床效果探讨

目的分析介入治疗中晚期胃癌的临床效果。方法：选取我院2014年2月-2015年2月收治的中晚期胃癌患者40例为研究对象，对其进行介入治疗，并观察其治疗效果，完成治疗一年后，对患者进行随访，了解患者生存率。结果：经过介入治疗后，40例患者临床症状有所减轻，并发症发生率较低，治疗效果较显著。结论：治疗原发性胃癌时，运用介入治疗，能有效缓解患者临床疼痛等症状，延长患者生存期，具有较大的临床学习借鉴意义。

Objective： to analyze the clinical effect of interventional therapy for advanced gastric cancer. Methods： select our hospital 2014 February - 2015 February from advanced gastric cancer patients with 40 cases as the research object, the of interventional therapy, and observe its therapeutic effect, completed one year of treatment, the patients were followed up, to investigate the survival rate of the patients. Results： after interventional therapy, 40 cases of patients with clinical symptoms were alleviated, the complication rate is low, the treatment effect is significant. Conclusion： the treatment of primary gastric cancer, the use of interventional therapy, patients can effectively relieve clinical symptoms such as pain, prolong the survival time of the patients, has great clinical significance.
